What Happens to My Client Relationships if I Join CLOUT.?
At CLOUT, we retain the client relationships for the jobs we connect you with, but we respect your existing clients. You are welcome to continue working with your own clients, and we do not poach them. Our focus is on helping you grow by providing additional real estate industry-related jobs.
Do I Need to Sign a Non-compete Agreement?
Yes. You are required to sign a non-compete agreement for the clients we connect you with. However, you are free to work with your own clients outside of our network, ensuring you can continue building your personal business while benefiting from the jobs CLOUT. provides.

How Do Payments Work?
Payments are made bi-weekly. With CLOUT., you never need to worry about chasing clients for payment—you shoot, upload, and get paid.
How Does Mileage Reimbursement Work With CLOUT.?
At CLOUT., we reimburse you for mileage. The first 60 miles round trip are included in your initial payout, and for every mile beyond that, you'll be reimbursed at a rate of 67 cents per mile. This ensures that you're compensated for longer travel distances.
